7 Cleaning Products That Went Viral on TikTok in 2022
I have a little secret…..I watch way too much TikTok. Now that that’s out in the open, let me tell you ONE of my favorite things to watch on this entertaining app… cleaning videos. Not only do I jot down all the products, but I also purchase a lot of them. Not all, but most. (Don’t tell my husband!)

Stardrops The Pink Stuff
This cleaner works so well. I use it to clean pots and pans, the oven, sinks, and many other things. The Pink Stuff has over 100,000 five-star reviews on Amazon and is very affordable. One TikTok creator, @cleaning_dirtycoins, shows how The Pink Stuff can polish an old rusty coin and make it look brand new. It’s great!
Scrub Mommy
First, there was Scrub Daddy, then Scrub Mommy came along. These scrubbers are great. Not only do they help clean up messes, but they also last a long time. Both are excellent for scrubbing pots and pans, showers, ovens, and so much more.
Bissell Little Green Cleaner
This little machine is perfect for cleaning upholstered surfaces, like sofas, carpets, and even cars. It works like a larger carpet cleaning machine. You spray the water and suction it up. It’s so easy to use! It worked wonders on our old fabric sofa. Those sippy cups do leak sometimes.
Desktop Vacuum Cleaner
I saw so many videos about this desk vacuum/mini vacuum. It really is a brilliant invention! One reviewer wrote that “This is the perfect crumb catcher/sweeper for your table.” I have not purchased this little vacuum, however, I have seen many videos on TikTok where someone is showing how to use this little gadget. I think I really need one. 🙂
Bar Keeper’s Friend
Bar Keeper’s Friend has been around for a very long time….. since 1882! A new group of people have discovered this wonderful cleaner and have made many videos for TikTok showing how it works. My husband introduced me to the Bar Keeper’s Friend when we met 28 years ago. Not that he used it, but he had plenty under his kitchen sink!
Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Stamps
These gel stamps make your bathroom smell so good. Stick one in the toilet bowl and it will activate when you flush. The stamps help prevent stains and build-up, which keep you from scrubbing the toilet so often. We have hard water and I would say these stamps do help… but not as much as I had hoped. Buy a pack when they go on sale and see what you think.
Non-Scratch Dish Wand
This handy dish wand has been around for a while. Like the Bar Keeper’s Friend, another group found this cleaning tool and started a new trend. One creator on TikTok, @athomewithbrittan, shared how well it cleans her shower. The last time I watched her video, it had 7.3 million views! I think it’s a great idea and I use mine often, but I haven’t tried to clean my shower with it. I normally use it to clean dishes.
